Mumbhai Connection is the first feature length Hindi film set and shot in Atlanta. This is, first and foremost, a dark comedy that is based on the premise that even the mafia needs IT services 
It also explores and plays with various issues that are relevant today – immigration, unemployment, corporate struggle, recession – and does all this in a tongue-in-cheek Bollywood format that even includes an “item” dance number. The film has features many local talent and landmark. For example, the entire opening title sequence showcases Atlanta landmarks. Most of the cast are prominent theater actors from the local Atlanta scene and some are well known entrepreneurs. This film also marks the directorial debut of Atlanta Nagendra.
